PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printer for a printed-wiring board for making small recesses and projections on the surface of a printed section on the printed- wiring board and reducing the unevenness of the height of the printing section. SOLUTION: A screen printer is provided with a screen 2 with a stencil printing plate 23, an ink feed section and a squeegee 24. The screen 2 is constituted of a frame 21 and a mesh 22 formed of screen fibers, and the screen fibers are composed of any one kind or more of wholly aromatic polyamide, wholly aromatic polyester, heterocycle containing an aromatic polymer and ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene.
