PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-load tap changing apparatus, capable of discriminating the change times of two or more parallel connected on-load tap changers. SOLUTION: The tap changing apparatus having two or more on-load tap changers 2, 3 parallel connected to one phase of a static induction machine 1, where the changers 2, 3 have main contact circuits 4, 5 having main contacts and resistance contact circuits 6, 7 having resistance contacts comprises current limiter means RA1, RA2, RB1, RB2 which have different values every on-load tap changer and are connected to the main contact circuits and the resistance contact circuits.
