摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive measuring instrument with high measurement accuracy, which is a jig mounted on a projector and can measure a floating amount of a terminal in an electronic component. SOLUTION: An element 1, to be measured which is an integrated circuit or a connector, is stable in an erected attitude where a terminal 10a is placed in a horizontal surface. A mirror-type measurement instrument 12 is mounted as a jig on a projector, and can measure as a floating amount how the terminal 10a floats from the flat surface in an erect attitude, to measure whether plural terminals 10a are arranged in a designated flat surface. A projected light 100 of a light source built-in the projector is directed from a through-hole vertically upward and reflected by mirrors 1, 2, 3 to irradiate the terminal 10a on a pedestal 8 as light 103a. The irradiating light 103a is partially intercepted by the terminal 10a to form light 103b. The light 103b is the contour image light of the terminal 10a. The light 103b is reflected by the mirror 4 to enter an optical system of the projector to be converted, thereby forming an image as the contour image. The floating amount of the terminal 10a is measured by observing the contour image.
