PURPOSE: A method to construct a fence is provided to facilitate the assembly and the disassembly of a fence and to support the fence more firmly while a fence column is filled with sand. CONSTITUTION: A construction method comprises three steps. In the first step, a fence column(20) is installed on a base(10). The inside of the column is empty, and the upper end is opened. Miter holes(24a,24b) for a PC fence-plate(11) are formed in the column. In the second step, miters(12a,12b) of the PC fence-plate are inserted into the miter holes. The inside of the column is filled with sand(26) through an opening. In the third step, the sand is hardened, and mortar(27) is poured in the top of the column. Then, a cap(28) covers the top.
