PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically connect a secondary battery and a printed circuit board easily by arranging a separation plate at a fixed position between the secondary battery and the printed circuit board. SOLUTION: A packed battery comprises a case 1, pluralities of secondary batteries 2 which are arranged inside of the case 1 in a flat manner and stored therein, a printed circuit board 3 which is arranged between the secondary battery 2 and an inner surface of the case 1, and a separation plate 4 which is arranged between the printed circuit board 3 and the secondary battery 2 so as to isolate the printed circuit board 3 from the secondary battery 2. The packed battery fixes pluralities of electrode terminals 9 to corresponding pluralities of electrodes of the secondary battery 2. Each of the electrode terminals 9 is passed through each of pluralities of terminal openings 14 formed on the separation plate 4 for fixing a tip of each of the electrode terminals to the printed circuit board 3. The electrode terminals 9 whose terminal areas are fixed to the secondary battery 2 and to the printed circuit board 3 thrust the terminal openings 14 for fixing the separation plate 4 at a fixed position between the secondary battery 2 and the printed circuit board 3.
