PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily arrange an opening and closing bonnet on a swivel base. SOLUTION: A longitudinally long side bonnet 21 is provided on the right side of the swivel base 3, and a rear bonnet 22 is provided adjacently on the rear side of the side bonnet 21. The side bonnet 21 is mounted on the swivel base 3 through a mounting tool 51 in such a manner as to be longitudinally openable and closable with the front lower part as the fulcrum, and the mounting tool 51 is provided with a regulation part 64 capable of regulating the longitudinal position of the side bonnet 21 relative to the rear bonnet 22.
