PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a good charging-discharging characteristic and high safety when an electrode active material layer is integrated with a separator by jointing them together by a porous adhesive layer. SOLUTION: This secondary battery is provided with a layered product 5, provided by jointing a separator 3 between a positive electrode 1 and a negative electrode 2 with an adhesive layer 4. In this case, a porous film having a specific vacancy rate, hole diameter and percentage of heat contraction is used for the separator 3. Thereby, even if the use quantity of an adhesive having low ion conductivity is reduced, the jointing by the adhesive layer 4 is mode firm, so that the secondary battery having satisfactory charge-discharge characteristic and high safety can be provided. |
