PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient toe rigidity by effectively reinforcing connection part between a trailing arm and a torsion beam while minimally restraining increase of mass and effect on torsion rigidity of a torsion bar. SOLUTION: A plate-like gusset 21 connecting an intermediate part of a pair of right and left trailing arms 11 which suspends a wheel at a rear end to both ends of a torsion beam 20 having a U-shape section in which a vehicle body rear side opens is coupled to the torsion beam 20 at a vicinity of a torsion center of the section of the torsion beam 20 by a welding parts W2, W3. By this constitution, toe rigidity of the wheel is enhanced while restraining an effect on torsion rigidity of the torsion beam 20 to be minimum. Further, since the gusset 21 is formed into a plate shape, mass of the gusset is reduced compared with a case in which a conventional bag-like gusset is used.
