PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a release omission of resources. SOLUTION: A processing process counts up processing count data every time when the processing process performs processing (step S4). The processing process has a restart processing count being a value for restarting and compares the processing count data with the restart processing count when the processing is over (step S6). When the processing count data surpasses the restart processing count, the processing process performs the restart of the processing process itself (step S7). Thus, an operating system releases resources and resources management is made to be an initial state.
