PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make speedily and precisely calculable a charge for every tenant on a gift coupon. SOLUTION: Each of tenant machines can add coupon type information and face value information on a pertinent gift coupon to gift coupon accounting data. A tenant management machine can set and store a charge rate at every tenant and at every coupon type and at every face value on respective pieces of gift coupon accounting data and can calculate a charge at every tenant by using respective gift coupon accounting data collected from the respective tenant machines and the charge rate which is set and stored in the charge rate table. |
