PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouth inner diameter measuring device of a glass vessel which can simply and accurately measure the opening inner diameter of the glass vessel. SOLUTION: This device comprises a conveyance device 33 for conveying a glass vessel 1 to a prescribed position an irradiation unit 5 for irradiating coherent lights on a mouth part 3 of the glass vessel 1 conveyed to a prescribed position A by this conveyance device 33 an image pickup device 9 for imaging excited lights obtained in the mouth part 3 of the glass vessel 1 by irradiation of the coherent lights and a measuring device 11 for measuring the mouth inside diameter of the glass vessel 1 by image measurement.
