PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a recording at a low cost and to minimize the space for storage by compressing a digitized electroencephalographic signal every column on a page printer sheet over a plurality of stages of the first page, and describing various pieces of information confirmable of recording such as patient information and the like on the cover of the page printer sheet. SOLUTION: The electroencephalographic multichannel analog signals outputted from a plurality of electrodes recorded on the head skin are inputted from input terminals T1, T2...Tn to a print controller 7 through an amplifier 5 and an AD converter 6. The electroencephalographic waveform is properly compressed in a compression circuit 20, and the compressed electroencephalographic signal is printed on one column of a recording sheet 18 by a page printer 9. A paper feed motor 10 is driven by a motor controller 16 to feed the recording sheet 18. On the other hand, various pieces of information including patient information to be recorded on a cover, which is inputted from a personal computer 17 is supplied to a CPU 12, are converted into drawing signals in a timing generator 11, and printed as the cover on the recording sheet 18. |
