PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipstick manufacturing type having a vacuuming device for easily and speedily removing a lipstick from a molding member. SOLUTION: A lipstick manufacturing device includes a base 1 having one or more cavities 11 for receiving material for the lipstick by receiving one or more elastic molding members 2. The elastic molding member 2 has a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the cavity 11 of the base 1 and forms an outer peripheral gap 17 between each elastic molding member and the base 1. The outer peripheral gap 17 is vacuumed by using a vacuuming device 70 to pull the elastic molding member 2 to be engaged with the base 1 to easily and speedily remove the lipstick from the molding member 2.
