PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn a plurality of switches on with proper operation only when all of them are turned on by canceling on-signals output by noise. SOLUTION: This on-signal canceling circuit 30 is provided between a switch 40 for carrying a current in a squib 54 and an input terminal 22 for a control signal 1 for on/off control of the switch 40. The on-signal canceling circuit 30 consists of a latch circuit 32 for latching the control signal 1 to be output to the switch 40 and a counter circuit 38 for outputting a reset signal to a reset terminal R in the latch circuit 32 a preset time after Hi is output by the latch circuit 32. Even if the Hi control signal 1 is output by noise, the signal is canceled a preset time later, preventing a current from flowing in the squib 54 due to noise and a status switch 52.
