PURPOSE: To prevent phenomenon of a shutter being shifted to an opening direction at a time a toner replenishing container is attached to or detached from a device main body where the shutter is opened and closed by a handle through the device main body side. CONSTITUTION: In this device, a projection 61 is provided to the handle 15 and a projection 62 is provided to a toner replenishing device. The projections 61 and 62 are a pair of cams. When the container 1 is inserted to the replenishing device, projections 61 and 62 are engaged, the handle 15 is rotated clockwise and position of the handle 15 is fixed. A gear 15a provided on the handle and a main body gear 21a are engaged in this position and the shutter for the container is opened by a gear connected to the main body gear 21a. The handle 15 is also restricted by the projections 61 and 62 when the container is pulled out by closing the shutter. |
