PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a material loss in a high region by a method wherein CoO is annexed in the range of a specified amount and a composition of iron sesquioxide is in the range of a specified amount. SOLUTION: After powdered iron oxide Fe2O3, manganese oxide MnO, zinc oxide ZnO and cobalt oxide CoO are mixed in a given composition ratio, the baked one is an ingredient, thereby preparing a magnetic monoctystal ferrite by a Bridgeman method. Here, the composition of CoO is in the range of 0 to 2.4 mold, and Fe2O3 is in the range of 49 to 52 mol%, so as to improve a high frequency characteristic of the magnetic monocrystal ferrite, in particular a loss. Accordingly, when a magnetic coil is formed by this magnetic monocrystal ferrite, a smallsized magnetic core of superior frequency characteristic and a less loss can be obtained. Furthermore, when a magnetic yoke composed of a UU core, an EI core or a barrel-like core is constituted, its magnetic path surface is (111). |
