PURPOSE: A device for advertising on the side of a vehicle by using air resistance is provided to supply a device, which is driven in the condition to the exclusion of a control device intermittently without the extra electric power. CONSTITUTION: A device for advertising on a vehicle by using air resistance includes a hinge axis(30), a frame(40), a sector gear(70), an advertising flap(60), a flexible rack(80), a weight(90) and a guide roller(120). The advertising flap(60) is installed on the side of the frame(40) by the hinge axis(30) and is reversed by the air resistance when the vehicle moves forward. The sector gear(70) is installed on the hinge axis(30) of the advertising flap(60). The flexible rack(80) accords with all the sector gears(70). The weight(90) moves to the forward direction by the law of inertia when the vehicle stops. The guide roller(120) guides the flexible rack(80) converts it to the opposite direction of that the law of inertia with the weight(90) works.
