PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the installation space and cost of an internal cleaning device in a powder and grain storage device. SOLUTION: By passing air from a high-pressure air feeding device through a second feeding part, a seal housing, the outer path of a driving shaft, a first air flow hole, and a cavity so as to blow off high-pressure air from a slit in a discharge blade 31, the powder and grain which remain on a dead space between the discharge blade 31 and a bottom plate 6 are discharged completely. By integrally rotating the driving shaft, a horizontal pipe 19, and a vertical pipe 20 by means of a gear motor 24, and passing the air from the high-pressure air feeding device through the first feeding part, a rotary joint 41, the inner path of the driving shaft, the second air flow hole, and the outer path of the vertical pipe 20, and the horizontal pipe 19 so as to blow off the air to the inner ceiling surface (inner surface of an end plate 2) from the slit 18, the powder and grain adhering thereto are blown off to clean the inside of the device.
