PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a shelf like and hygienic safety while a crack is prevented from generating by decreasing shrinkage factor when cured by drying by a method wherein a material to be marked is prepared from materials which contain respective specific amounts of inorganic powder, fibrous powder, paste, oil, colorant, antiseptics and mildewproofing agent, and water. SOLUTION: A decorative tool for a handprint is constituted so that a material 1 to be marked on which a handprint of a baby is marked is put on a dish, a transparent plate 3 is arranged in front of the dish, and the material 1 to be marked is convered thereby. The material 1 to be marked for such the decorative tool is prepared from a composition wherein 10-30 wt.% of globular hollow aggregate and 2-5 wt.% of fibrous powder as inoganic powder, 3-10 wt.% cellulose polymer and acrylic polymer which are used for food additives as paste, 10-20 wt.% of paraffin hydrocarbon which is used for the food additives as oil, a little amount of pigment as colorant, a small amount of antiseptics and mildewproofing agent as colorant, and 40-70 wt.% of water are contained. Thereby, an easy and safe marking can be carried out.
