PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate annular elements in opposite directions and squeeze a squeezed member inserted in a basket into a cone shape for reducing the volume by arranging the annular elements on both ends opposingly, connecting a plurality of bar ends with an elastic body, arranging bar elements parallely at constant intervals, and fixing the both ends to the annular elements so as to form a basket body. SOLUTION: Both ends of bar elements are connected with coil spring elastic bodies or elastic bodies 5 composed of silicon or polyether urethane resin tubes, and engaged/fixed with holes 7 formed on both side annular elements 1 and 2. A bag which accommodates squeezed members such as garbage, is put in a basket 8, and both side annular elements 1 and 2 are gripped by hands and turned in opposite directions. Then, the elastic bodies 5 on both ends of each bar 3 are deformed and turned in opposite directions, and the basket 8 is formed into two conical bodies so that capacity becomes 1/3. Thereby, an interior squeezed member is tightly squeezed. The annular element 1 on the bottom side may be put on a table and the annular element 2 on the upper side may be pressed down during rotation. Therefore, adhesion of the squeezed liquid and the like against hands can be prevented.
