PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly stick a foaming plastic sheet with an adhesive film by superposing the foaming plastic sheet after a Teflon(TM) felt sheet and the adhesive film are thermally pressurized and stuck on each other at a high temperature, and then thermally pressurized and sticking the foaming plastic sheet with the adhesive film at a temperature in such a degree that the foaming plastic sheet is not changed in its quality and not fused but the adhesive film is fused. SOLUTION: A thermally fusing synthetic resin made adhesive film 9 is superposed on one side of a Teflon(TM) felt sheet 8, they are thermally pressurized at a temperature higher than a temperature in such a degree that the foaming plastic sheet 6 is changed its quality and fused, they are integrally stuck so as to form a sheet B. One side of the foaming plastic sheet 6 is stuck with one side of a double-face tape film 7 so as to form a sheet C. The adhesive film surface of the sheet B and the foaming plastic surface of the sheet C are superposed on each other, a part thereof is thermally pressurized and stuck at a temperature in such a degree that the foaming plastic sheet 6 is not changed its quality and not fused. It is thus possible to prevent releasing even using for a long period, and it is also possible to manufacture a powder seal piece A having a good durability. |
