PURPOSE: A method for selling and buying goods using a joint purchase and a reverse auction is provided to enable a buyer to buy goods in low price by connecting a plurality of buyers to a plurality of seller. CONSTITUTION: A buyer is connected to a system through a buyer terminals and the system perceives the connection to the buyer(S31). The information for goods to be bought is displayed, the preset information is displayed(S32). The stored and updated buying and selling information is displayed(S36)(S40). The buyer inputs the number of goods to be bought and inputs all sorts of information needed in the buying, and the information is sends to the system(S33). The buyer pays for goods in a credit card or on line deposit(S32). The information for the number of goods to be bought is accumulated and stored(S36). The system sends and displays the information of goods to be sold(S37). The price and information are inputted(S38). The information inputted by the buyer is stored in the system(S40). A proper price among a plurality of bid prices is selected(S41). The selected price is informed to the selected buyer and final approval is requested(S43). The goods are delivered, and the difference of buying price inputted by the buyer and the final buying price is paid back.
