PURPOSE: Provided is a polyimide resin excellent in soluble property, light permeability, heat-resistance, and low temperature hardenability, which can be used for a liquid crystal oriented film for TFT-LCD. CONSTITUTION: The polyimide resin having a repeat unit represented by the formula 5 is prepared by polymerizing a mixture of tetracarboxylic dianhydride, an aromatic diamine, and a mixture of modified aliphatic diamines represented by the formula 1-4. In the formula 1-4, X is selected from the group consisting of RCO, RCO2, ROCO, ROCO2, RR'N, RR'NCO, RR'NCO2, RCON, R, RO, RCOS, ROCOS, RSCO, RSCO2, RS, wherein R and R' are hydrogen, C1-C18 aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon, n and m are real numbers of 1-16. In the formula 5, Q is more than one monomer of tetracarboxylic dianhydride, R is at least one selected from the group consisting of aromatic or aliphatic diamine-based monomers. |
