PURPOSE:To prevent corrosion by arranging space between ear lines of electrode group and bases of electrode pole and welding ear lines and electrode poles intervening a welding material inside the space. CONSTITUTION:A L-type intermediate pole 4 is placed on a holding jig 5 as being held at a definite position. A jig 6 is inserted between each ears 2a, 2a... of an ear line 2 and its internal edge is in contact with the holding jig 5. Between the ear line 2 and the electrode pole 4 and its horizontal seat part 4a, a space 3 is provided. Inflow of a welding material 7 melted by burner fills up the space 3 and the material is cooled and solidified instantaneously. During the time, the welding material 7 filled up in the space 3 is melted at both sides of each ear 2a and opposed basis part 4a of the electrode pole 4, but mixing of the both members is prevented by intervention of welding material additive 7a. |
