The bag (2) with filling (3) is usable as a cushion or mattress (1) and contains plant material with a preselected effect. It at least partly has a surface permeable to the effective part of the plant material. The permeable surface is selected from the group comprising cotton, wool, plastic, linen, hemp, papr or a mixture thereof. The plant material is selected from the group comprising health-giving herbs, grass, wild flowers, straw, hay or mixtures thereof. The health-giving herbs are taken from the group comprising Capsella bura pastoria, Chamaelum mobile, Chamomilla recutica, Cochorium intybus, Humulus lupulus and Aegopodium podagrada. The bag is provided with a cover equipped with fixture devices (4).
