PURPOSE: Campylobacter vaccine is provide to achieve a vaccine effective against colonization of Campylobacter and an antigenic protein effective for preparation of the vaccine. CONSTITUTION: The campylobacter vaccine including an antiserum to an amastigote Campylobacter strain is used for animals in order to prevent the colonization of Campylobacter. An antigenic protein is capable of being checked visually after the incubation of a western blotting using an antibody to a variant to amastigote Campylobacter jejuni in a western blotting of the Campylobacter jejuni protein, but the antigenic protein is unable of being checked visually after the incubation of the blotting using an antibody to a wild type Campylobacter jejuni in a western blotting of the Campylobacter jejuni protein. |
