PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily allow an ordinary person or a person necessary for a diet to take only a constant calory of food and drink by indicating calory and a temporary cutting position displayed on the external face of a packaging container on the basis of division or the cutting positions at every certain calory and making it possible to cut off the temporary cutting part and eat or drink it. SOLUTION: A caloric content in a processed food of the whole food and drink is qualitatively and quantitatively measured and calculated based on a component analysis of every kind of food and drink to the final food and drink samples because of change of nutritive component produced in the production processes of the food and drink caused by heating, cooking, hot water treatment, fermentation, etc., of the food and drink. For indication of the caloric content of an uncooked raw food or a processed food, the surface of the food is temporarily cut in advance at every calory content in the processes of the production or preparation and numerical indication such as 100, 200, 300, etc., showing a caloric content and an indication way such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc., can be shown, or pictures of every food drawn in a separate paper can be independently shown by use of Arabic figures, English letters, Roman alphabets, etc.
