SUBSTANCE: method includes computation of bit components of signal transmitted by using mentioned code. Error is indicated in case single values of components in any bit are detected. Signal transmitted in Manchester II code is provided with check bit whose value is specified depending on initial values of data bits by setting respective characteristics of mentioned signal. Distorted component of bit containing detected error is found using values of other transmitted-signal bits including mentioned specified characteristics and its value is changed. EFFECT: improved noise immunity in signal transmission; provision for correcting single errors. 2 cl, 4 dwg
