PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject curable composition capable of providing organic composite steel plates excellent in corrosion resistance and processability and designed for toxic substance-free gasoline tanks by including colloidal silica, at least one phosphoric salt-based compound and an aqueous resin. SOLUTION: This curable composition is obtained by including (A) colloidal silica, (B) at least one phosphoric salt-based compound and (C) an aqueous resin. The particle diameter of the component A is preferably <=20 nm, more preferably <=10 nm. The component B is e.g. a phosphoric acid metal salt, phosphomolybdic acid metal salt, phosphoric acid, rust-proofing pigment using them. The component C is preferably (epoxy-modified) polyester resin, polyurethane resin or the like. The compounding amount of the component A is preferably 5-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component C and that of the component B is preferably 5-100 pts.wt. The other objective metallic tank for a combustible organic solvent is provided by laminating this composition in the internal side thereof.
