<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a reset signal, regardless of the ramp-up time of a power voltage by including third to seventh means for executing a prescribed operation in addition to a first means for adjusting the potential of a first node to be the first potential, in accordance with the potential of the second node and a second means for supplying a voltage subjected to ramp-up according to the potential of the first node to the second node. SOLUTION: This power-on reset circuit is provided with a first means for adjusting the potential of a first node to be a first potential according to the potential of a second node and a second means for supplying the voltage subjected to ramp-up in accordance with the potential of the first node to the second node. The circuit is also provided with a third means for deciding the potential of the third node by inverting and delaying the potential of the second node, a fourth means for adjusting the potential of the fourth node to be the second potential according to the voltage of the third node and a fifth means for inverting and delaying the potential of the fourth node. Moreover, the circuit is provided with a sixth means for outputting the potential of the third node according to the output signal of the fifth means and its inversion signal and a seventh means for adjusting the output signal.</p> |
