PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make birds have an illusion that a large object exists by strong light reflection surprising the birds and the mark always going up and down and making the birds feel like being swallowed somewhere and to produce the turbulence of a magnetic field by magnets, taking into consideration that various kinds of bird- repulsing implements have been marketed until now and they must maintain both an aversive feeling and fear above all which birds sense as the birds are accustomed to the bird-repulsing implements with the passage of time. SOLUTION: Birds are prevented from approaching by drawing large and small circles as the mark by means of a special coating material 7, printing or printing by a special ink in order to make the birds have an aversive feeling, by causing diffused reflection through powerful reflectors 3 so as to make the birds sense that objects larger than the birds go up and down and seem to about to attack the birds in order to make the birds feel fear and by produce the turbulence of a magnetic field through repulsion between permanent magnets. This bird-repulsing implement has the following three elements integrated into one: diffused reflection of light by reflectors; employment of a figure utilizing the social hierarchy which the bird has instinctively; and a special magnetic field utilizing two permanent magnets.
