<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming color filter capable of excellently forming a color filter of primary colors (red, green, blue) by use of pigment- containing positive resists. SOLUTION: This method for forming color filter forms repeated adjacent color filter patterns each comprising three colors, i.e., red, green and blue. The color filter patterns use pigment-containing positive resists as material. By respectively applying and patterning red and blue positive resists among the pigment-containing resists, a red filter 10 and a blue filter 12 are respectively formed. Then, by applying a green positive resist and patterning it such that it is located between the red filter 10 and the blue filter 12, a green filter 14 is formed.</p> |
