After that, a detouring connecting device selecting part 304 calls a connection possibility situation managing part 302 to decide the connecting possibility of one connector and two other connectors respectively. When neither of them are connectable at this time, connection impossible (call loss) processing is executed to finish and when there is a connectable connector, one connector is selected as a detouring destination to connect with the connector to finish.
