PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a polarizable electrode which is homogeneous, thin and is used for a capacitor. SOLUTION: Carbon fine powder, conductive auxiliary agents, and binder added with water or organic solvent are wet-blended, which is then kneaded under a shear force. A drying processing is conducted after either the wet- blending or kneading is completed, and a lump provided after completion of both kneading and drying is crushed to provide a material 12, which is used to manufacture a mold sheet 14. |
