PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray radiographing stand capable of easily and tightly attaching an image receiving system to a human body regardless of the size of the image receiving system attached to a C arm. SOLUTION: For this device, an X-ray tube 3 and a flat panel 6 provided with two-dimensionally arrayed X-ray detectors opposing the X-ray tube 3 are attached to both ends of the C arm 1 suspended from a ceiling suspension part 12 and the flat panel 6 is rotated by a rotating mechanism 7 with a shaft 14 on an X-ray beam center axis as a center and is held by a supporting arm 8. The supporting arm 8 is slid up and down on an attaching plate 10a by a sliding mechanism 9a. By the rotation of the C arm 1, the vertical movement of the supporting arm 8 and the rotation of the flat panel 6 itself, the flat panel 6 is brought closer to the inspection part of a testee 5 and tightly attached to the inspection part and an inspection is performed at the center of an X-ray beam at all times.
