ACCESSING METHOD FOR CONTACT INFORMATION OF TELEVISION COMMERCIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining additional information on a tele vision item by establishing connection to a server setting a terminal requesting desired additional information from a data bank so that it can use information through an electronic address or establishing connection to a call center transfer ring desired information to a requesting TV viewer. SOLUTION: At least one electronic address allocated to a TV item is transmitted in parallel to information that the TV item displayed on the screen of a TV viewer expresses. When the TV viewer requests additional information on the TV item trough a self-terminal, a terminal establishes connection to a server setting the terminal to use desired additional information from a data bank through a related electronic address or establishes connection to a call center transferring desired additional information to the requesting TV viewer. Thus, the concern of the world by corresponding TV transmission can objectively be decided and monitored.
