<p>PURPOSE: A non-directional electromagnetic steel sheet and a method for manufacturing it are provided to improve workability, reduce iron loss and increase magnetic flux density, in order to improve motor efficiency using iron core made of the steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: A slab consisting of less than 0.01wt% of C, less than 2.5wt% of Si, less than 2wt% of Mn, l-5wt% of Al, 2.5-5wt% of Si+Al+0.5*Mn, less than 0.3wt% of Sb, less than 0.3wt% of Sn, less than 0.01wt% of B and Fe or impurities as residue is prepared. The slab is hot-rolled after heating below 1300 degrees centigrade. Then, it is cold-rolled to 0.1-0.4mm of thickness. Then, it is annealed at 700-1150 degrees centigrade.</p> |
