PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly exhaust gases in a battery from a case by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this electric razor, gas exhaust parts 1A of batteries 1 are disposed in airtight chambers 4 in a battery holder 2, and first gas exhaust passages 5 are opened in the battery holder 2 while a second gas exhaust passage 6 in a case 7. A substrate 3 is airtightly connected between the battery holder 2 and the case 7 via first packings 8 and second packings 9. The first packings 8 sandwiched between the battery holder 2 and the substrate 3 are each provided with a first gas chamber 10 inside thereof, and the second packings 9 sandwiched between the substrate 3 and the case 7 are each provided with a second gas chamber 11 inside thereof. The substrate 3 has through-holes 3A opened therein and communicating with the second gas chambers 11 via the first gas chambers 10. The first gas exhaust passages 5 cause the airtight chambers 4 to communicate with the first gas chambers 10 while the second gas exhaust passage 6 causes the second gas chambers 11 to communicate with the exterior of the case 7 via a filter 15.
