PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat developing device capable of performing processing even to a different kind of photosensitive material. SOLUTION: This heat developing device is provided with insertion holes corresponding to film F, film P and negative film 60, and equipped with carrying paths 64, 72 and 98 having different width and respectively connected to the insertion holes. Just by inserting the film in the corresponding insertion hole, the film F is carried to a heat developing processing part 18 or an image information read part 40 along the carrying path 64, the film P is carried to the processing part 18 or the read part 40 along the carrying path 72, and the negative piece 60 is carried to the read part 40 along the carrying path 98. Therefore, the processing corresponding to the film is performed by one heat developing processing device.
