PURPOSE: To provide a redundant program circuit in which power consumption is low and area is small without using a high resistance element. CONSTITUTION: A redundant program circuit is provided with a current limiting section 50 having a current mirror section 56, and current quantity of output lines 70 and 72 is limited by the current limiting section 50. Each fuse block 52-0 to 52-m receive a current from the output lines 70 and 72, and its state is decided depending on whether a fuse element 84 is in cut off or not.
