PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intend recycling of plastics as an environmental problem while effectively utilizing tourmaline of a limited resource by melting waste plastics and deciding the mixing ratio of tourmaline according to purpose. SOLUTION: Waste plastics is melted, with which powdered tourmaline as a natural ore is mixed in the ratio of 10-50% by weight to product of 100% by weight. The form is sphere or ellipsoid of diameter of 530 mm with a hole of about 1-10 mm in the middle which improves air going through and enhance the cooling effect of heat. A gel material is prepared by mixing ethylene glycol and triethanolamine in a solution composed of dimethyl glutarate, dimethyl adipate and dimethyl succinate, adding foamed polystyrene, and reducing the volume to contract. The gel material is washed with caustic soda and water, and mixed with polystyrene and tourmaline powder to be pelletized.
