PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper the absorption body of which is prevented from being deformed without deteriorating absorbing performance. SOLUTION: This disposable diaper comprises a liquid-permeable top sheet 1, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 2, and an absorption body 3 disposed between both sheets 1, 2, the absorption body 3 is enclosed with a hydrophilic sheet 5, and the top sheet 1 and the hydrophilic sheet 5, and/or the hydrophilic sheet 5 and the absorption body 3 in a range facing the top sheet 1 are fixed to each other by adhesive agent 4, and in a center range 7 in a length direction of the absorption body 3, less adhesive agent 4 is used than in both side edge zones 8 in the length direction of the absorption body 3.
