PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject health drink with long storable duration, high in active ingredient content, and favorable to take with good absorbability into the human body. SOLUTION: This Agaricus-contg. health drink is such that, the active ingredient of Agaricus is extracted by conventional decoction means comprising a decoction involving boiling down; since the extract liquid thus obtained is susceptible to deterioration such as putrefaction, the extent of its deterioration can be mitigated by mixing vinegar having antisepticizing effect into the above extract liquid; furthermore, addition of honey to the liquid contributes to mitigating the thick taste of concentrated Agaricus and suppressing the pungency peculiar to vinegar as well, thereby affording the taste of the liquid with mellowness and effecting easiness to take the resultant liquid (drink). Besides, since vinegar has effect of helping gastrointestinal action of digestion/absorption, this health drink also affords unconventionally excellent advantages comprising helping to effectively take the active ingredient of Agaricus into the human body. |
