PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic data processing adapter with which overload is not applied to a disk drive device. SOLUTION: In the electronic data processing adapter provided with a stator and a rotor provided so as to be rotated with respect to the stator and having an engaging part 15 to be engaged with the driving member of the disk drive device, the rotor is divided into an outer peripheral part 16 facing the stator and an inner peripheral part 11, which is fitted to the inside of that outer peripheral part 16 and has the engaging part, and when the rotational resistance of the outer peripheral part 16 is less than a prescribed value, the outer peripheral part 16 and the inner peripheral part 11 of the rotor are integrally rotated by the driving member of the disk drive device and when the rotational resistance of the outer peripheral part 16 exceeds the prescribed value, only the inner peripheral part 11 of the rotor is rotated by the driving member of the disk drive device. |
