摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make absorbable the difference of transmitting/receiving speeds caused between function blocks without complicating the constitutions and hardware of the function blocks and also to make early finishable the processing of a transmitting side. SOLUTION: Each cell A has the receiving parts 10, 20, 30 and 40 which receives the routing information and messages and a path part (switch) 50 which outputs the received routing information and messages to the adjacent cells. When the communications are performed, a transmitting cell outputs the routing information and messages and the parts 10-40 of every cell existing on a path set the paths to the adjacent cells according to the path state set at the part 50 and the routing information. Then the messages are sent to a transmitting destination cell via the set path. If one of two adjacent cells decided by the set path cannot receive the routing information and messages from the other cell, the buffers 11, 21, 31 and 41 are prepared for each cell to store one or both of those adjacent cells.
