PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stand out design of clothing or the like and to improve an electric decoration effect by mounting a surface-like luminous member made of an organic electroluminescent element of a decorative light source on a surface of a material in a costume clothing or the like, controlling it by an inverter, and regulating flashing or its intensity. SOLUTION: A surface-like luminescent member 4 molded in a surface-like state of a thin film from an organic electroluminescent element of a light emitting element of a semiconductor is cut as a decoration light source in response to a design of a costume clothing, personal ornaments attached to the clothing or a material 1 for a vehicle riding implement, and then mounted by adhering to the material 1. A decorating work 5 such as an arbitrary design, a decoration or the like is executed on a surface of the member 4, and used together in combination with another point-like light source 2. Further, the member 4 is connected to an inverter so as to be alternately light, flash and adjust its intensity independently from each other. Thus, the design of the material 1 is stood out, thereby improving an electric decoration effect.
