PURPOSE: A reflecting panel largely improves a light distribution effect by normally reflecting a light beam on the total surface thereof and preventing the generation of a dark area around the periphery thereof. CONSTITUTION: Many first reflecting protrusion portions(14a) are consecutively formed like a step type from one end portion of the surface of a reflecting panel(14) toward a bulb(16) on the surface of the reflecting panel(14). The reflecting protrusion portions(14a) have different focal distances, respectively, from the end portion of the surface toward the bulb(16). Further, many second reflecting protrusion portions(14b) are consecutively formed like a step type from the other end portion of the surface of the reflecting panel(14) toward the bulb(16) on the surface of the reflecting panel(14). The reflecting protrusion portions(14b) have different focal distances, respectively, from the other end portion of the surface toward the bulb(16).
