PURPOSE: A recycling method and an apparatus for domestic use water are provided to use the reusable water as water for toilet stool or cleaning for verandah or watering to flowers, so that a needless waste of water is prevented. CONSTITUTION: A recycling method comprises the steps of; collecting the cleaning water discharged from washing and cleaning machine and tool after a last rinsing step; and using the cleansing water in a collecting tank(12) as water for toilet stool or cleaning for verandah or watering to flower garden. A recycling apparatus comprises; the water collecting tank(12) which collects the cleansing water from a washing machine(11); a supplying line(14) connecting the tank(12) with a washing machine to collect recycled water; a discharging line(15) supplying the cleansing water in the tank(12) to a demanding place; a recycling button(22) formed in a control panel(21) of the washing machine for selection of recycled water; a pump for water transmission(16) formed in the washing machine(11) line to transmit the cleansing water compulsorily; numerous detecting sensors for water levels(17,18,19) installed in the tank(12) to detect the level of collected water; and a solenoid valve(20) installed in a supplying and discharging lines(14,15) to select collection and discharge of water.
