PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the partial clogging of frost in each fin even when the flow velocity and flow rate of fluid whose heat is to be changed are different in the directions of the arrangement of fins. SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger, when the air inlet port 5 a of a duct 5 is provided near one end in the direction of width of an air inlet side, spaces between respective fins 1 are set so that the spaces of the air inlet 5a side are widened. Thus, even when the quantity of frost of the air inlet 5a side increases, a partial clogging of frost between the fins 1 can be assuredly prevented.
