CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOR PANEL FOR MOBILE SKY PARKING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide floor panels for mobile sky parking structure capable of offering two apparent functions by the members comprising the floor panels as structural members providing the strength to bear loads and floor finishing members covering the surfaces, thereby providing the lightweight floor panels capable of reducing noise and of preventing rain water leakage for many years without repairing. SOLUTION: A steel plate 1 and a reinforcing member 2 in the lower portion of the steel plate 1 are arranged and a floor surface finishing member 3 is laid on the top of the steel plate 1. A floor panel supports a load applied to the floor by means of the steel plate 1 and the reinforcing member 2 installed to the bottom of the steel plate and a surface finish member covering the surface is required to have only a function as a paving material thereby requiring no strength usually needed for a structural member. Also, the top surface of the steel plate 1 on which the surface finish member is made is finished flat without having grooves seen on a deck steel plate 1. As a result, the surface finish member can be laid uniformly and thinly.
